Dream Wise Properties is looking for ambitious sales agents who know how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and turn enquiries into closed deals. We provide the leads, marketing, training, and operational support to help you focus on your clients and grow your business.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. No fixed or base salary is provided.

Your Role

Guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through every stage of their property journey, from the first conversation to the final agreement. Develop your listings, manage your pipeline, and build a client network that generates repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on company-provided leads and generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Secure property listings and maintain accurate, compelling presentations across major portals
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties and opportunities
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with clear, informed guidance
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions in line with applicable Abu Dhabi real estate requirements
• Keep CRM records, listings, and follow-ups accurate and up to date
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• No previous real estate experience required; training and mentorship provided
• Strong English communication skills;
  Arabic and additional languages are an advantage
• Confidence speaking with people and a willingness to learn sales and negotiation skills
• A professional approach, initiative, and consistent follow-through
• CRM and property portal experience is a plus, but not essential
• A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-driven role
