Job Title:Manager
-Broker Relations
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities Broker Network Development- Identify, recruit, and onboard new brokers and real estate agencies to represent SAAS projects.
- Maintain and regularly update the database of active brokers and agencies.
- Provide project information, updates, and marketing materials to registered brokers.
- Ensure brokers are trained on project details, pricing, payment plans, and sales procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for all broker queries, support requests, and escalations.
- Organize and conduct regular project briefings and site tours for brokers.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure brokers have access to up-to-date promotional materials and inventory lists.
- Support brokers with timely responses to technical, legal, or commercial queries.
- Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Finance Teams to ensure accurate commission tracking and timely processing.
- Analyze broker performance data and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
