Job description

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate, enjoy building client relationships, and want to grow their careers in one of the world's most competitive and rewarding property markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing property sales and rentals, assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes, and ensuring smooth transactions in compliance with Dubai's real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Find potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through cold calling, networking, and property portals like Bayut and Property Finder.

Property Listings: Create and update property listings, arrange photos and videos, and promote properties online.

Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings and provide clients with property details.

Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms to close successful deals.

Client Support: Understand client needs, suggest suitable properties, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.

Documentation: Prepare necessary documents, including MoUs, and follow DLD and RERA regulations.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property prices, and new projects.

Sales Targets: Follow up with clients, manage leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred.
