Job Overview
The Research Assistant / Postdoctoral Fellow will support interdisciplinary academic research on the governance of digital practices, emerging technologies, and civil liability in the digital economy. Responsibilities include conducting legal, regulatory, and policy‑oriented research, contributing to academic publications, analyzing legal texts and policy documents, supporting research dissemination activities, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary research environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport interdisciplinary academic research on digital practices, emerging technologies, and civil liability. Conduct legal, regulatory, and policy‑oriented research related to digital transformation and technology governance. Contribute to the preparation of academic publications and scholarly research outputs. Assist in the analysis of legal texts, policy documents, and related research materials. Support research dissemination activities, including conferences, workshops, and academic events. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary academic research environment.
Minimum Qualifications- For Research Assistant: A Master’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Business, Public Policy, Digital Governance, or a closely related discipline.
- For Postdoctoral Fellow: A PhD in Law, Information Systems, Digital Governance, Business, Technology Policy, or an interdisciplinary field relevant to digital transformation.
- Proficiency in academic research and writing in English.
- Prior research experience in areas related to digital technologies, governance, regulation, business practices, or civil liability is desirable.
- Experience in interdisciplinary or comparative research is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and academic writing skills.
- Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
- Familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, or emerging technology concepts.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet academic deadlines.
