Job Description
Provides computational support to animal and poultry genomics projects, focusing on data processing, GWAS pipelines, and basic downstream analyses.
Minimum Qualification- Ph.D/MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Working knowledge of Python or R.
- Familiarity with genomics tools is preferred.
- Ph.D/MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Working knowledge of Python or R.
- Familiarity with genomics tools is preferred.
- Perform sequencing QC, alignment, and variant calling.
- Assist with GWAS and genotype–phenotype association workflows.
- Generate summary statistics, plots, and basic visualizations.
- Maintain scripts and documentation.
- Support Research Associates with data interpretation.
