• Support research agenda development and implementation.
• Conduct innovative ML research aimed at healthcare diagnostics and prognostics.
• Generate new ideas addressing limitations of current state‑of‑the‑art methods.
• Design and evaluate experiments against strong baseline models.
• Publish research outcomes in high‑impact journals and conferences.
• Present findings at international academic platforms.
• Develop and maintain reproducible research code.

• PhD, MD/PhD, DPhil, or equivalent terminal degree (within 5 years of completion).
• Strong research background in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and Tensor Flow.
• Experience with GPU training workflows and high‑quality code maintenance.
• Track record of first‑author peer‑reviewed publications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and motivation for multidisciplinary research.
