Postdoctoral Researcher

HCT is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Robotics and Autonomous Systems to lead and contribute to advanced research projects. The role includes designing, developing, integrating and testing robotic systems, building prototypes and field demonstrations, publishing research in leading journals and conferences, preparing funding proposals, generating patents and intellectual property, collaborating with industry and academic partners, and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• Lead and contribute to advanced research in robotics and autonomous systems.
• Design, develop, integrate and test robotic systems.
• Build laboratory prototypes, pilot systems and field demonstrations.
• Publish research in leading journals and international conferences.
• Prepare and support research funding proposals.
• Generate patents, intellectual property and innovative robotic technologies.
• Collaborate with industry, government and academic partners.
• Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Support capstone projects, research activities and robotics competitions.
• Contribute to the development and daily operations of the RAS Research Centre.
