A government-related organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist - Research & Development (R&D) to play a key role in driving innovation and advancing research initiatives that support major projects and infrastructure development in the Emirate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R&D projects supporting projects and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi
- Contribute to strategic R&D planning aligned with organizational goals
- Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports and provide technical insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Research, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
, specifically in R&D initiatives - Strong knowledge of projects and infrastructure within Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience in leading research projects and managing resources
- Certifications in innovation, creativity, or AI are an advantage
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
