About the role
Anduril is building a new operation in Abu Dhabi, and the simulation center is at the heart of it. The center exists to train customers on our capabilities, improve current and future products, and validate that what we deliver works as intended from day one.
As a Wargaming Research & Systems Analyst on the Red Cell, you play the adversary in tactical warfare simulations. You’ll model hostile forces, assign weapons and tactics inside simulation software, and run realistic attack scenarios that push our systems to their limits. You’ll be one of the first technical hires in the region, helping shape how the center runs from the start.
What you’ll do
- Research and model hostile forces, capabilities and tactics
- Play the adversary in tactical wargame simulations
- Assign weapons and tactics within simulation software
- Design and run realistic attack scenarios that stress-test Anduril’s products
- Work with the White Cell to feed results back into product improvement and customer training
What we’re looking for
- Military or defense operational background (NATO or Five Eyes experience strongly preferred)
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong operational analysis skills
- Experience in modeling and simulation
- Working proficiency in Python or MATLAB (you don’t need to be a software engineer)
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearances
