Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious desserts and pastries in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary of 1200. We welcome applications from foreign candidates for this role.

Responsibilities

Create new and innovative desserts to refresh the menu and attract customers.

Prepare a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, pies, tartlets, mousses, soufflés, and custards.

Ensure all desserts are prepared promptly and meet high-quality standards.

Monitor inventory levels for baking ingredients and other supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other chefs to develop recipes based on customer preferences.

Manage food costs and modify recipes as needed while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in reputable restaurants or hotels.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
