Join us as a Bartender where you will:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to LPM recipes and standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellent presentation.
• Engage warmly with guests at the bar, take orders confidently, and provide an exceptional and personalized experience.
• Maintain proper mise en place, restock items, and keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully prepared at all times.
• Manage guest concerns politely and efficiently, ensuring smooth and enjoyable service.
• Support daily bar operations by communicating effectively with the team and following LPM procedures at all times.

• A positive attitude with a passion for crafting beverages and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a bartender or bar attendant in a high‑end or fast‑paced restaurant/bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, bar equipment, and basic POS systems.
