Barista Spanish Russian Speaker

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage options.
• Deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area.
• Restock inventory and manage daily preparation of ingredients.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always upheld.

• Minimum 2 years of barista or customer service experience in the UAE.
• High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and working in a team.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Barista training or knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities; preference for those with a friendly and engaging service style.
