Shisha Maker / Shisha Preparation Specialist

Responsible for preparing, assembling, and serving shisha according to customer preferences while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensures an excellent customer experience in lounges, cafés, restaurants, or hotels.

• Prepare and assemble shisha pipes and accessories.
• Select, mix, and pack tobacco flavors according to customer requests.
• Manage charcoal preparation and replacement safely.
• Deliver and set up shisha at customer tables.
• Monitor shisha quality and replace coals as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain shisha equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations.
• Maintain inventory of tobacco, charcoal, hoses, and accessories.
• Report equipment damage or stock shortages to management.
• Provide recommendations on flavors and combinations to customers.

• Experience in shisha preparation and service (preferred).
• Knowledge of different shisha flavors, tobacco types, and equipment.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle hot charcoal safely.

10 hours (9-hour duty + 1 hour break)
