Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the café. The position offers a competitive salary of 1300 USD per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
Essential Qualifications- At least 1 year of experience as a barista
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and preparation methods
- Ability to provide friendly customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven record of reliability and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Preparing hot and cold drinks according to customers’ orders with accuracy and speed
- Operating cash registers, taking payments, making change, counting the float etc.
- Cleaning equipment used for coffee preparation such as grinders, blenders etc.
- Keeping the shop area tidy at all times by wiping down surfaces and taking out garbage/recycling
- Assisting customers with queries or complaints in an efficient manner
