Pastry Chef - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and baked goods. We offer an excellent salary of 1100, with room available for negotiation. We are also willing to consider immigrant applicants.
Requirements- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in pastry making
- Proven track record of creating innovative desserts and baked goods
- Experience with different methods of production and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication, Arabic is an asset
- Create delicious desserts, pastries, cakes, breads etc. from scratch using traditional recipes or modern techniques
- Ensure all dishes are prepared as per instructions provided by the head chef or restaurant manager
- Follow food safety regulations as well as hygiene standards when handling food products
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients needed to create new dishes
- Assist in menu planning and development
