We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff, customer service, and financial management. The ideal candidate should have a positive and outgoing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, customer service, and financial management
• Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant
• Monitor performance data such as sales figures, budgets, etc. to ensure that targets are met
• Manage staff scheduling, training, development, and other related activities
• Oversee inventory control systems to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality management is preferred
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, inventory control systems is essential
• Knowledge of local food trends is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
