Head Chef - Asian Cuisine (Malayalee Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who specializes in Asian cuisine, particularly Malayalee dishes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating authentic and flavorful dishes, and be able to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include menu planning, ordering supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Strong communication skills are required as the Head Chef will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
This is an English-speaking role located in Abu Dhabi, with a salary of $1300 per month. Malayalee nationality preferred but not required.
