African Chef in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a talented and experienced African Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an African Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional and modern African dishes, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an African Chef in a professional kitchen
• Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of traditional African dishes
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed
