Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi
As a Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our restaurant. Your role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing and supervising staff, creating and implementing business strategies, and maintaining quality control standards.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and staff management
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper ordering of supplies
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure all food served meets our high standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain efficient service times
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, food safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective business strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Competitive salary of 1100$ per month
