RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of professional experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, with a focus on creating innovative dishes and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of the local cuisine is preferred. He/she must be able to work effectively under pressure and provide guidance to other team members.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, managing the food preparation process, creating new recipes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared correctly. He/she will also be expected to coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure the quality of service is maintained throughout service hours.
