Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for an experienced and skilled Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Position:Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations
- Good knowledge and expertise in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Company-provided UAE Employment Visa
