Pastry Chef

We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

In this role you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of pastries cakes and desserts. You should be highly skilled in pastry techniques and have a strong understanding of flavor combinations and presentation.

• Create and prepare high-quality pastries, cakes and desserts according to recipes and standards
• Develop new pastry recipes that incorporate local flavors and ingredients
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies placing orders as needed
• Train and mentor junior pastry cooks
• Collaborate with other chefs to create balanced menus

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of pastry techniques ingredients flavor combinations and presentation
• Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train junior staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent time management skills
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

Salary $1500 per month
