Our ideal candidate is someone who can create delectable and visually appealing desserts that will leave our customers craving for more. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the flavors and techniques of Indian desserts, we want you to join our team.

• Create unique and innovative dessert recipes with an emphasis on Indian flavors.
• Prepare all pastry items according to standard recipes or as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Oversee the production and presentation of all pastries, cakes, breads, etc.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the Executive Chef.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable restaurant, with specific experience in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Indian desserts and their traditional techniques.
• Creative flair with an eye for detail.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
