• As the pastry chef, your duties will include developing and creating recipes for pastries and desserts, preparing food according to health regulations and standards, managing the production process of pastries and desserts, maintaining quality control in the kitchen, providing guidance to junior staff members, and ensuring that all ingredients used are fresh and of high quality.
• You will be expected to collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff while ensuring that all dishes are presented in an appealing manner.
