Accor Hotels Middle East is seeking a skilled Garde Manger chef for a luxury Abu Dhabi hotel. You will prepare cold kitchen items, salads, dressings, charcuterie, and buffet presentations to the highest standards, upholding HACCP and hygiene rules.
You will lead a hands-on kitchen team, ensure timely production for daily buffets and events, and maintain strict portion control and food quality. A diploma in culinary arts and 4–6 years in luxury settings are preferred.
