We are looking for a Commis Chef – Multi-Cuisine to join our hotel team.
Requirements:
- Previous UAE experience is mandatory
. - Previous hotel experience is mandatory
. - Knowledge of multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare food according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper food storage and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during breakfast, buffet, and other F&B operations.
