Capital Motion owns and operates some of the leading licensed restaurants in the UAE and we are currently hiring. Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.

All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.

The Barista at Salt & Caramel is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverage experiences forguests in a fast-paced, waterfront café environment. This role requires apassion for coffee, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering warm,personalized service. The Barista works closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality and excellence.

• Prepareespresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with care and precision.
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and appearance of all beverages served.

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take beverage orders accurately and answer questions about the menu.
• Offerrecommendations and upsell specialty drinks or seasonal items.
• Handle guest feedback courteously and escape concerns when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Followhygiene and food safety protocols in line with UAE regulations.
• Assistin restocking supplies and organizing inventory.
• Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in briefings and training sessions as required.
• Processorders accurately using the POS system.
• Handlecash and card transactions responsibly and follow company procedures.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a café orhospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, and transport items up to 25 kgindependently.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, tools, and barequipment.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments andtolerate exposure to heat, sun, and beachside conditions.
