We are currently hiring for various roles within restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations, and venue management.

As a Waiter/Waitress at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests. You willserve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in atimely and professional manner.
• Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions about menu selections and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menuquestions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Relay special requests, allergies, and dietary needs tothe kitchen accurately.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS system.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas,including china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning offequipment, and securing the service area.
• Present accurate checks to guests and process paymentsefficiently.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests according to Capital Motion standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including assistingindividuals with disabilities.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and ensure amemorable experience.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests andteam members.
• Foster a positive working environment and support teamgoals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to feedback and concernsfrom colleagues.

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitalityor fine dining is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., MICROS) is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Stand, walk, or move for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbsindependently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting,reaching, and climbing stairs or ramps.
• Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handletrays, glassware, and utensils.
