We are currently hiring for various roles within restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations, and venue management.

As a Bartender at Capital Motion you willbe responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in both indoor lounges and outdoor beachside areas.

You will create memorable experiences through your mixology skills, product knowledge, and engaging personality. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-air hospitality environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesaccording to outlet standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations,tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies and garnishes.
• Ensure proper handling of glassware, spirits, and bartools.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in setting up and closing down bar stations beforeand after service.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with barbacks and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support special events, activations, and VIP service as required.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar.
• Provide personalized recommendations and beveragepairings.
• Ensure timely and accurate service during peak hours.
• Contribute to a memorable beach club experience through engaging service and product knowledge.

• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures for handling beverages, tools,and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, orguest incidents promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service and guest safety.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storingbeverages and supplies.

• Work closely with barbacks, fellow bartenders, and service teams.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in hospitalityor F&B.
• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic andcontemporary cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in beach club or outdoor hospitality settings is a strong advantage.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, and transport items up to 25 kgindependently.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, tools, and barequipment.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments andtolerate exposure to heat, sun, and beachside conditions.
