Job Summary:Youwillberesponsibleforpreparingandservingavarietyofcoffeedrinkstoourcustomers.
Youwillalsobeexpectedtomaintainacleanandwell-stockedworkspaceandcustomerarea,provideexcellentcustomerservice,andworkwellunderpressure.
- Prepareandservecoffeeandteadrinksthatmeetqualitystandards.
- Properlyhandleandmaintainallequipment.
- Ensuringthatagreedfoodhygiene,licensingandsafetystandardsarefollowed,upheldorsurpassed,atalltimes.
- Liaisingwithmanagers,waitersandrunnerstoensuresmoothoperations.
- Cleaningglasses,utensils,barandbarequipmentandre-stockingbarrelatedsuppliessuchasnapkins,glasses,ice,straws,foodproductsandcondiments.
- Correctlyordering,datingandstoringfood,sanitizingequipmentandtakingothermeasurestoensureintegrityandqualityoffoodproducts.
- High School Diplomaorequivalent .
- Experienceinfoodandbeveragepreparationorcustomerservice.
- Ability to use a manual coffee machine.
- Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
