Executive Chef - Abu Dhabi

Are you a talented and experienced Executive Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity in Abu Dhabi? We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences at our prestigious restaurant.

• Create and develop innovative menus that reflect the latest food trends and cater to diverse tastes
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and standards, maintaining consistency and freshness
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage food costs to meet budget targets
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service and address any guest concerns or special requests
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve menu offerings

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, flavor combinations, plating styles, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and work collaboratively with other departments
• Proven ability to create unique menus that appeal to a diverse clientele while maintaining profitability
• Biometric passport (preferred)
• Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
