The Guest Service Expert contributes to the complete meal experience by recognizing service needs, coordinating with colleagues, and maintaining the dining environment so guests receive consistent attention from arrival through completion of service.

• Set and prepare tables according to operational service requirements.
• Interact with guests and provide attentive service during their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining established quality expectations.
• Communicate with kitchen colleagues to coordinate guest orders and service requirements.
• Take initiative to support guest needs throughout the meal.
• Keep work areas, service supplies, and equipment clean and organized.
• Read and visually verify menus and other service information accurately.
• Support smooth coordination between dining areas and kitchen operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Complete other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

The Guest Service Expert is expected to approach each interaction as part of the overall guest experience rather than simply completing a transaction.
