Main Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly
- Deliver dishes to guests with precision ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
- A genuine love for culinary experiences amp a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as Waiter in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly customer-oriented and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
