Waiter/Waitress (Egyptian)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Egyptian waiter/waitress to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an English speaking establishment, fluency in English is required for this role. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, therefore candidates must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing suggestions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own visa and accommodation arrangements
