Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Chef with a creative flair to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operations, from creating menus and managing staff to ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations. A salary of 1500 is offered for this position.

We are open to considering both experienced candidates as well as those with no experience.

• The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing new menus and recipes, preparing food according to customer specifications, and maintaining a safe working environment in the kitchen.
• They will be required to manage a team of cooks, oversee food ordering, cost control and inventory management, ensure that all health regulations related to food preparation and storage are met, and provide guidance and support to kitchen staff.

• A degree or diploma related to culinary arts or hospitality management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team of cooks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is preferred but not essential; we are willing to consider those without prior experience.
