Chef job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious meals with the highest standard of quality.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the preparation and service of high-quality cuisine in a professional kitchen setting. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to direct the other members of the kitchen team.
Responsibilities- Creating menus
- Ordering ingredients
- Preparing meals according to health and safety regulations
- Managing staff performance
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
- Excellent culinary skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is essential
- Awareness of cultural sensitivities when dealing with customers from different backgrounds
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the preparation and service of high-quality cuisine in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to direct other members of the kitchen team
