Chef – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Chef to join our team in Abu‑Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to the standard recipes.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, working in a professional kitchen;
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations;
• A good understanding of nutrition requirements;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
• A good level of physical fitness;
• An eye for presentation;
• Ability to lead a team while also having a hands‑on approach.

• Preparing meals according to recipes provided by the restaurant;
• Supervising the kitchen staff;
• Ensuring all food is cooked to the correct temperature and stored correctly;
• Training junior kitchen staff;
• Creating new dishes or adapting existing recipes to meet customer needs;
• Keeping accurate records of stock levels and orders placed.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with both customers and colleagues on a regular basis. They must also possess excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet. We are open to hiring an immigrant for this position with appropriate work permits if required. The salary offered is 1500 per month.
