Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie with an Asian background, who has expertise in Teppanyaki cooking techniques to join our culinary team.
- Assist the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking Asian cuisine dishes, with a focus on Teppanyaki style cooking.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to set recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Assist in menu planning and creating new dishes.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Proven experience working as a Demi Chef De Partie in an Asian cuisine kitchen.
- Expertise in Teppanyaki cooking techniques will be a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work well in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
