Main Duties- To maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality consistency appearance and taste
- To mentor the team providing training guidance and support to maintain Zuma standards
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests Evaluate guest experiences implement service improvements and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
- Work alongside the Senior Chefs to craft and refine creations incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as Sr. CDP in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
