We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations and company events, ensuring excellent guest service, strong sales performance, cost control, food safety, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the team.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, stock management, and operational reports.
- Ensure strict hygiene, grooming, food safety, and health and safety compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Plan and manage company events, catering, pop-ups, and off-site operations.
- Maintain company assets, records, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and food safety.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred; event management experience is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
