We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead an upcoming Michelin-starred Indian restaurant on Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a prestigious international restaurant concept and play a key role in establishing its presence in the UAE.

We are looking for a confident, hands-on and commercially driven General Manager with a strong background in Michelin-starred or internationally recognised fine-dining restaurants
.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager within Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Indian cuisine and premium dining operations is highly desirable.
• Experience working within luxury hospitality, fine dining or internationally recognised restaurant brands
  .
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, guest experience and financial performance
  .
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, cost control, revenue generation and profitability.
• A strong network and understanding of the UAE hospitality market would be an advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language skills would be highly desirable.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, international team.
• High levels of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile restaurant environment.

• Lead the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain exceptional Michelin-level service and hospitality standards

• Recruit, train, mentor and manage the restaurant team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and build strong relationships with VIP and regular clientele.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, labour costs and operational expenses.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and service operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Represent the restaurant professionally within the Abu Dhabi luxury hospitality community.
• Support the opening process and establish the restaurant as a leading destination for Indian fine dining in the UAE.
