We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the opening team  Demi Chef de Partie will support an assigned kitchen section with preparation, cooking and consistent execution during service.

• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.
• Cook and plate dishes according to approved recipes and standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in organizing the section.
• Monitor portion control, stock rotation and ingredient freshness.
• Maintain clean and safely operated workstations and equipment.
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients correctly.
• Follow HACCP, food-safety and sanitation procedures.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis 1.
• Exposure to Italian, Mediterranean or upscale restaurant cuisine is preferred.
• Good cooking technique, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently within a multicultural culinary team.
• Previous UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
