Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the opening team at ISOLA in Abu Dhabi. The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the floor team during daily service, coordinate restaurant operations and maintain consistent guest-service standards.

• Supervise the restaurant floor and allocate sections before service.
• Brief, guide and support Waiters and Runners throughout the shift.
• Monitor service timing, table presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and reception teams to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and escalate serious concerns when required.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash controls and daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming and brand-service standards.

• At least 2-3 years of restaurant-service experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Experience in an upscale, Italian or premium high-volume restaurant.
• Strong floor leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant-service procedures.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
