Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating Present menus explain menu items and take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure tables and dining areas are clean organized and properly arranged Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery Respond politely to customer requests and resolve basic service concerns Follow food safety hygiene and restaurant service standards Support the team in maintaining a positive dining experience
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in restaurant service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Candidates currently in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred.
