About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking Waiter Waitress Casual Dining to join the resort s Food amp Beverage team
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are- Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging personalized dining experience
- Present menus offer recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of all items
- Set up maintain and clear tables according to outlet standards
- Serve food and beverages with precision attention to detail and proper etiquette
- Work closely with colleagues supervisors and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate guest preferences allergies and special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Adhere to Wynn grooming uniform and professional conduct standards
- Follow all hygiene sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Anticipate guest needs check on satisfaction and provide proactive service
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure all interactions reflect Wynn s service philosophy and Forbes standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area side stations and service equipment
- Support opening closing and shift change procedures
- Follow all SOPs related to service flow order handling and guest engagement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
- Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
- Secondary school diploma or above
- Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
- Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
- Customer service orientated, good communicator and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship
- Well-groomed with excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite
- Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated, organized, confident, and calm under pressure; team player who responds quickly to operational demands.
