We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arabic Cook with strong practical expertise in preparing authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine for one of our premium client (Restaurant) in Lahore, Pakistan.
The ideal candidate must have previous professional kitchen experience in the UAE or another GCC country and be confident preparing traditional dishes, including shawarma, hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and grilled beef, lamb, and chicken
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent food quality, authentic flavours, attractive presentation, and efficient kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare chicken and meat shawarma using appropriate marination and cooking techniques.
- Produce traditional hummus, fattoush, and other Arabic accompaniments.
- Prepare lavash bread and related Arabic bread products.
- Cook and grill beef, lamb, and chicken dishes.
- Prepare marinades, sauces, spice blends, dressings, and garnishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
- Organise ingredients and complete daily kitchen preparation on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage, stock rotation, and wastage.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and instructions from the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain food quality and efficiency during busy service periods.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
- Previous working experience in the UAE or another GCC country is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Hands-on experience preparing shawarma, hummus, and fattoush.
- Ability to prepare lavash bread and traditional Arabic accompaniments.
- Experience cooking beef, lamb, and chicken dishes.
- Good understanding of Arabic spices, marinades, sauces, and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper ingredient storage.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Monthly Salary: AED 2,000–2,500
