We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team in Abu Dhabi and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

The Senior Bartender will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service, preparing innovative cocktails, and maintaining exceptional standards of product knowledge and guest engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong bartending expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of wines, spirits, and beverage pairing.

WSET Level 2 certification or higher is mandatory for this position.

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage pairing recommendations.
• Provide personalized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and menu selections.
• Deliver attentive, professional, and engaging service in a premium dining environment.
• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, taste, and quality.
• Assist in developing cocktail menus, seasonal beverages, and innovative drink concepts.
• Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, alcohol service, and operational standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
• Support the training and development of bartenders and other team members.
• Handle guest feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with the restaurant management and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in an upscale restaurant, fine dining establishment, or premium bar.
• WSET Level 2 Award in Wines or Spirits, or higher, is mandatory. Candidates must clearly indicate their certification level when applying.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
• Experience in cocktail preparation, mixology, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail, product quality, and service consistency.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for beverage service.
