Restaurant Manager; Expat

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager (Expat) to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Abu Dhabi. As an Expat, you will bring your expertise and knowledge from your home country to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1800$, but if you prove yourself as an exceptional manager, there is potential for a permanent position.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high quality standards of service
• Ensure the restaurant is fully stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant according to health codes and company standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials that align with guest preferences and seasonal availability
• Create a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end establishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Proven track record of increasing revenue, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
