Barista

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a barista, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.

• - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
• - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing for each order
• - Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed
• - Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• - Provide excellent customer service by establishing rapport with customers and addressing any concerns or complaints
• - Continuously educate yourself on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and products offered
• - Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items or promotions

• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food handling is a plus
• - Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a busy environment
• - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and specialty drinks is preferred
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• - Familiarity with sanitation regulations and adherence to health codes is required.
