Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the high quality and consistency of our menu offerings. You will work closely with our culinary team to create and refine dishes, develop new menu items, and maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Develop and maintain menus that align with our restaurant's concept and brand
• Train and manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficiency
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ingredients, techniques, etc.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent training/certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
• Knowledge of different cuisines/styles of cooking
• Proficiency in creating menus that balance creativity with profitability
• Ability to manage food costs while maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of health codes/regulations

Salary: 1500$ per month.
